Shipping policy

We ship out all paid orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We cannot guarantee these shipping times as sometimes our shipping partners experience disruptions that are out of our control. That being said the typical shipping times are:

USA & Canada- 5-7 business days 

International- 6-10 business days

We provide store credit for any package that gets lost in the mail. This rarely happens. If a stone arrives damaged, we will either provide a replacement stone or credit for the damaged goods.
